GBOverall a good product Overall a good product. I like that we have the options to build our form, however when it loads into our database the 10 digit phone number isn't filling in correctly, and I don't see a way to edit that. Some phone numbers have ( ) for area codes, some have - dashes, and others are straight 10 digits. This is and will be an ongoing issue as the majority of the population will use a cellular device for emails, communication, and donation platforms.

GBI really like Cognito Forms for my magazine! I really like Cognito Forms! I use the free version and it works great for me! I run a magazine publication and we feature work by contributors from all around the world. Potential contributors are able to easily submit their work to my Cognito Form for me to review; it's much easier than receiving submissions in my email inbox, which is what I used to do!

GBStraightforward and not too long It was straightforward and the didn’t take much time apart from the log in process of having to copy and paste a new password after saving the work and coming back as I did not remember the original password .
