Cognito Forms makes it so easy! Cognito Forms makes it so easy to develop contracts, surveys, or any kind of informational form. I've only been working with the program for a couple of months, but I'm really impressed.

EXPIRED COGNITO FORMS In my professional opinion I feel like once the form has expired and the work is complete, it should be have the ability for the user to archive or delete. This would help with efficiency and timing. Instead of having to scroll through hundreds off past or old or expired requests.

Excellent product - 1 detail missing Excellent product, but the one thing the free version needs is the ability to not just email a third party (one is fine), but to send a copy of responses to the individual filling in a form. This is a fundamental need that needs to be included in the non-paid version. For non-profit organisations (in our case less that 50 members), a year's subscription for 4 times a year puts the system out of reach. That's all that's missing for a 5 star.

Their premium offerings also make it easy for me to see how I can scale up my activities, with nuanced and advanced features that will help to engage my customers after the official launch. Robust, flexible and easy to use. They also have good options for using conditional logic both at the free and paid levels.
