From the booking, pick up and to the drop off - everything was smooth to handle with the voucher I printed off. Couldn't be more helpful and solid reliable car Contact was pro-active in making arrangements for late arrival, ringing me to ensure smooth piick up. The car was reliable but slightly older than higher priced HireCars.and a few minor blemishes. Had not been detailed following last user, but mainly surface mess. It felt like getting into my own car. Drop off worked well, as we could stay at the samemotel as Drop Off on evening before departure from Aukland. Would certainly use them again.
