Good value and proffesional service I think we got good value and were even more delighted to be opgraded from Nissan Tida to Quashqai. Good company to deal with Cheapcarhirerates did get me the cheapest car hire rate, cheaper even than the company that the car came from had advertised. However...... I was lead to believe that the amount I was charged included insurance. So it was a bit of a shock that I had to pay an extra @175 on top of the hire rate for insurance. The hire of the car still did cost me less than if I had gone directly to the car hire company myself, but cheapcarhirerates does need to be more specific in detailing what you will actually be paying for
