Affordable and perfect Affordable and perfect. They are always there for me with low prices and good performance whenever I need a website for a project. For their low prices they have a really fast support system.

Not great for agencies!!! I have been with them for nearly a year, we have had endless issues with them, the good reviews probably comes from people hosting 1 website but they can definitely not supply agencies that hosts numerous websites. I lost clients because of them. The sites become inaccessible if you open two pages at a time, the support that takes 12hours to reply cant find the issue.

Customer service is far above what I'm used to. I've communicated quite a bit with Asurahosting (and a plethora of others) over the last couple of weeks before deciding which host to go with. Their tireless efforts to answer my questions and help meet my needs are far beyond what should be expected by a web host. Always polite, always to the point, always constructive and never skips a question. Super communicative. Now that I've settled in, I must say that I'm very happy with both performance, support and toolset. Highly recommend.

Prices for Asura hosting are ridiculously low for the quality of services provided. But overall, price is even not the main point of why you should choose Asura! Behind every successful business are the people. And they support team is amazing! After several failed attempts to find a quality hosting provider for my website, I am very grateful to Mike for his advices and all the good things he has done for me!
