Not Reliable Based on my experience Based on my experience, this provider is not a reliable hosting service. I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for. They advertise all their packages with NVMe, but the performance of my website is very slow. Interestingly, my site was faster when I was using a traditional SSD with a different hosting service, not Asura.

Not great for agencies!!! I have been with them for nearly a year, we have had endless issues with them, the good reviews probably comes from people hosting 1 website but they can definitely not supply agencies that hosts numerous websites. I lost clients because of them. The sites become inaccessible if you open two pages at a time, the support that takes 12hours to reply cant find the issue.

Best Support Staff - Go daddy and Bluehost Support team should learn from Asura Support team Hi My experiece with Asura Hosting is Fabulous. Asura Hosting have a team of extremely well qualified support staffs who can fix any type of issues that fall unders hosting or websites. we can host our website anywhere but if the hosting company support team is not great and if they talk always technical and throws responsibilities on customers , then there is no point. ths is where Asura hosting support team stands the top of the world they will fix any issues under the world of hosting and they reply back with their tickets which is " your issue has been resolved " KUDOS Guys !!!!

Been using their streaming service for… Been using their streaming service for our radio station for the last year, never once had an issue. Contacting them a couple of times for advice on getting things setup (Live encoders/etc) and they were prompt and answered all my questions, thank you!

Been using them since 2017 Been using them since 2017 (Yes, almost a decade now..), great overall host and no serious issues since we've been with them. Pricing is something they really take seriously, we've only seen some price increases with cPanel but thats about it.
