CHAT - BOT I was surprised that the Dashboard indicated that my device was "Vulnerable" even though all boxes were green, and I was "Protected". I posed the question to the Chat Bot and did as directed but it got more obtuse as I got deeper into it. Ultimately I went back to Help and loaded the diagnostic tool and after second restart the Vulnerable message went away. This has been my only issue in nearly two years of use.

When windows update installed a bad update that greatly affected computers, Sophos told me how to uninstall that update and get my computer up and running again. My computer is always kept clean of viruses, trojans, ransomware etc... Malicious websites blocked. I can't see any reason to give Sophos a rating any less than A+++++

As safe as Apple OS and iOS is (which I… As safe as Apple OS and iOS is (which I use), it is common knowledge that computers (be they Windows, Mac or Linux based) are vulnerable to malicious hacks as well. (be they viruses, attacks, etc.). It just makes sense to add an extra layer of security. Sophos is used by so many of the world"s leading companies to protect their data. Why wouldn't I want to get the same sense of security. That's why I chose Sophos. I get live alerts and online services that are world leading. Happy customer!

Sophos just works. Purchased Sophos because it was the system used by my employers and once we all started working from home I had to ensure that my security was at least as good as theirs. This product has never ceased to impress. The corporate version is installed on hundreds of our machines worldwide and it just works. On my home machines it is the same. I get the odd alert but it just tidies up problems and removes threats without making a drama. I’ve worked in IT for 25 years after working for over 20 years in banking so I’m somewhat obsessed with security. Sophos is the perfect partner.

Super value and super smooth service :-) I have used Sophos on my Macs since 2014, first the free version but since 2019 the very reasonably priced Sophos Home. After moving to MacOS 14, I had a problem getting Sophos to work on my wife's computer, but that issue was solved quickly and competently by the Sophos support team. Really excellent service - much better than what we often get for much higher priced software. Well done Sophos :-)
