GBCustomer support is excellent Customer support is excellent. Although, sometimes the Support team gets overwhelmed and can not get back to the customer right away. However, when working with the support team on any issues, the problem is almost always resolved.

We spoke with someone 8 years ago, and have continued to ask over and over, about a simple tax option and never get any updates that have anything to do with that. Having to manually put in dollar amounts for services all day, every single day, because you can't separate the tax option for tanning or gym services.

GBThis is a TERRIBLE SOFTWARE This is a TERRIBLE SOFTWARE! Look for other options that are much more innovative and easier to use and won’t screw up your accounting and reporting issues. Bilogics have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER. AND TECH SUPPORT. Take it from me I’ve used them for years because there were not many options at the time and compare to how. This people will TRY AND CHARGE for everything ie Tech support when they know their software is behind the time and have numerous of glitches and errors and won’t admit to it. Gym Asisistant are VERY OBSOLETE and behind with the time!! Lots of options for you out there....

AUI love the simplicity of Gym Assistant I love the simplicity of Gym Assistant, which suits our business needs. The benefits of buying it outright is a definate advantage over other products.
