We are a small family owned and … We are a small family owned and operated fitness center. We had previously used a custom wrote database that no longer fit our needs. All of the other software vendors out there had software that didn't fit our needs. We wanted to own our software and for our software to be on our local network and not in the cloud. The software has helped us run more efficiently as well as get more useful data out of it. We are very pleased!

The professionals at Bio-Logic are exceptional and the few times we have had to request their assistance with an issue, their troubleshooting has been timely and effective. Easy to set-up and operate. Handles all of our fitness center business operations. Jon Harlan and his staff at Bio-logic are great people. Highly recommend their systems for any sized business.

The software has worked great for the … The software has worked great for the past 2+ years. There are some tweaks I would like to see that would make things more streamlined for me (adding a non-taxed monthly add-on and automated billing at midnight being the main ones that come to mind). Overall, I am happy with the software, but hopeful for more improvements Updated 10/1/20: The software has added several upgrades and has greatly increased the QoL. They are continually adding features and the support has been phenomenal. There are still a few things that I would like to see added in future updates but overall I am very happy with the progression of the software.
