I had a query related to my account… I had a query related to my account with Let's Enhance. Wrote to them during Christmas, had immediate reply and problem resolved. I am very pleased with the service, Tania's attention in particular, there was a person taking care of the problem and I did not have to talk to a robot or try write to a number of people trying to resolve the issue. Thank you Let's Enhance.

Very good results but it won't finish processing payments. Very good results but after the free images it was impossible to upgrade and process payment, it's hanging both when clicking PayPal and when adding credit card info, none of the two options go through. My location is France. My network was fine, other websites loaded quickly so I guess it's their server. Eventually I've had to give it up.

Artifact discovered & quickly corrected - THANK YOU! I was super excited with the new ability to generate my own images and went crazy doing so - a great addition to my small business. However, after about a week of doing so, I noticed when the new images were enlarged, they all contained tiny red/blue dots throughout. In talking to Gabriela, she was most helpful and immediately informed the team who corrected this problem within 2 days!! AND, she reinstated all the credits I had used on my previously created but "flawed" images. I am so impressed with their fast service! Many thanks to Gabriela, who was amazing to deal with, and the Lets Enhance team!

Gabriella is my hero Gabriella is my hero! And I see that I am not the only one - which doesn't surprise me. She went the extra mile to help me with an unusual question. (I will be bringing Let's Enhance into my classroom at the University of Utah.) She made me feel like I was working with a friend :) I wish there was more I could do to say thank you - so nice to work with a wonderful human who really cares! :)
