You can reach out to them on FB messenger or send emails and you'll always get a response within 24 hours. They also have live chat. They update the program frequently and post updates in the facebook community group as well. I hope these guys never go out of business because they are helping a lot of photographers around the world. Can't wait for them to get a downloadable offline application (hopefully). Photo results are great by the way!
