Great job fixing an issue with a WordPress plugin. I had an issue with a WordPress plugin. My site was a mess by the time I reached out to the folks at ServerPress, and they went above and beyond to get everything back exactly how I needed it to be. Couldn't be happier!

Does not work as described on their… Does not work as described on their website. There is no mention of it not working with Child themes either. Trying to contact the developer is next to impossible. His videos on Youtube refer to him as Stephen Carroll, but his website (steveorevo DOT com) lists him as Stephen J. Carnam. Unable to access their website from the country I am currently living in and have to do everything via proxy or vpn. I am currently awaiting their response. If the response time is inadequate or the program does not meet my requirements, I will have my money refunded.
