Serverpress Customer Service A++++++!! Great experience with serverpress. I got the premium version and was having trouble with install. Greg took the time to walk me through the process, even logged into my machine to troubleshoot issues I was having due to a duel install of xampp, he got me up and running and even took the time to explain additional plugins and their functionality. He helped me so much and really set my day in the right direction!!

An invaluable WordPress development tool Getting into more serious WordPress development, I realized I needed local install & test capability. I tried Wampserver, which was ok - but I ran into problems.It does not play nice with VMs etc I found Desktop Server, ServerPress's product and gave the free version a try. It worked well for me. I had an issue and raised a question and got a reply from Gregg within an hour, with an offer to log in and help. For a free subscription, that was very unusual and very impressive. To cut to the chase: Shortly after, I subscribed to their Premium product and have not looked back in six months. I have the ability to create a quick test site even just to test a single thing (theme/plugin/code). Their support is amazing - and either it has changed since 2018 when the other reviews were written - or those reviewers had other agendas... SP have ansered queries, helped with deploying my sites to my host - and always with breathtaking promptness. I am frankly appalled that there are only two other reviews here, both negative.Before you make the mistake of judging them by those reviews, check them out properly, try their free version (though Premium is worth its price many times over, IMHO) It is very easy to burn money on development tools when you are building in web development. This one is an absolute no-brainer. Saves you time, gives you flexibility, makes WordPress development a real pleasure.

Support staff efficient and quick Support staff was quick to respond, and was able to efficiently troubleshoot my issue. My problem was fixed within minutes, and I'm back up and running.
