Great app! Taking the first step and buying your first investment property can be intimidating. It is no easy task for most people to build the confidence to leave the research/learning stage and enter the action stage. DealCheck is a great application that gave me that level of comfort as a first-time investor. The app is well-designed and provides great flexibility to tweak the inputs and game out different scenarios. Very highly recommended!

Dealcheck is amazing Dealcheck is amazing. I've used it off and on for a number of years. We're looking at buying a property again and I've been adding in prospective properties to assess them. It would be useful if I could track key dates and optionally receive notifications, e.g. when the property was first listed, when the auction will be held, when the Sale will be closed, etc.

Deal Check saved me Time and Money I found Deal Check online, signed up for a free trial, and used the software to analyze 2 deals I was thinking about doing. I put the address of the first property to see if my BRRR calculations were correct and Deal check confirmed what I was thinking, that the 2 properties would have a great cash flow...I signed up for the Pro version which is a deal for $19.00 a month and have since analyzed 10 properties...The software has saved me time and money I would recommend it to anyone analyzing deals on a daily basis.
