Dealcheck is amazing Dealcheck is amazing. I've used it off and on for a number of years. We're looking at buying a property again and I've been adding in prospective properties to assess them. It would be useful if I could track key dates and optionally receive notifications, e.g. when the property was first listed, when the auction will be held, when the Sale will be closed, etc.

Quick and Simple Investment Property Analytic Tool I was looking for an inexpensive way to analyze deals quickly and on-the-go. Coming from a pricey BiggerPockets Pro membership, this app hits the nail right on the head. DealCheck provides more analytical tools and metrics for analyzing complex deals. Also, the ability to import property info directly from places like Realtor.com is the cherry on top. Kudos to DealCheck and their development team! I look forward to analyzing many deals in the months ahead!

Tremendous Time-Saver Deal check is a tremendous time-saver that allows you to analyze any deal you come across. They offer the ability to analyze a property using any one of the common investment strategies. Their reporting feature saves me time and energy, and ultimately let’s me see more deals more accurately.
