GBGreat platform for enrollment and tuition Curacubby has been a great enrollment and tuition platform for our preschool. We have around 100 students total across our campus. Most of the time, the parents find it easy to use for registration and paying tuition. There have been a few glitches here and there that we can't figure out, but overall it has been easy. Owen from the Curacubby Support Team has assisted me a few times with different requests, and each time he is quick to reply and fix any issues, which makes it so helpful when we are getting down to the wire to get things ready for registration. I really appreciate the quick responses, and asking clarifying questions before completing any requests we make. I'm not sure if Clementine is still there, but she is always super helpful with refund requests I submit. Overall, we have greatly benefited from Curacubby, with very few hiccups along the way.

GBGood experience The one on one support from Curacubby project managers is helpful and very in depth. They have been extremely helpful with their beta testing, and they are open to putting in the work and they are very open to making changes on the spot. Their V2 is smoother than V1, but there are still some kinks that come with learning and using it. They are receptive to realtime feedback and have given quick fixes, and have a road map for longer term fixes.

GBAll in One Amazing System for Montessori Preschool Curacubby has been great for our Montessori school. We use it for staff and parents' sign in and sign out everyday, also for billing, for enrollment applications and for information data base required by DSS. Whenever we need a new feature, Curacubby can add it for us. Their customer service is amazing! They walk you through step by step on the phone, on zoom or with a personalized prerecorded video. They never stop until you get all the support you need!

GBOur school has been working with… Our school has been working with Curacubby since 2019 and have been quite pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to make improvements to reporting and processing throughout their growth over the past four years. Recently, we needed some assistance with how to set up our Family Signup form for the new school year. Sam was there every step of the way via a video meeting to assist and to ensure I felt comfortable with the steps involved to get ready for a new enrollment cycle.

GBWe have been with Curacubby since 2019 We have been with Curacubby since 2019. Initially, it was a little bumpy because our Curacubby Representative kept changing. Our experience has been fantastic since we started working with Pelin. She takes the time to listen to all our concerns and tries her best to resolve them to our satisfaction.
