Highly Recommend! We love Curacubby! The platform is user friendly and very clean looking. The experience is great for administration on the backend and parents on the front end! Customer support is also flawless! We have felt our hand held throughout any technical process we had to undergo.

Great platform for enrollment and tuition Curacubby has been a great enrollment and tuition platform for our preschool. We have around 100 students total across our campus. Most of the time, the parents find it easy to use for registration and paying tuition. There have been a few glitches here and there that we can't figure out, but overall it has been easy. Owen from the Curacubby Support Team has assisted me a few times with different requests, and each time he is quick to reply and fix any issues, which makes it so helpful when we are getting down to the wire to get things ready for registration. I really appreciate the quick responses, and asking clarifying questions before completing any requests we make. I'm not sure if Clementine is still there, but she is always super helpful with refund requests I submit. Overall, we have greatly benefited from Curacubby, with very few hiccups along the way.

personable, friendly, patient support I've been working with Curacubby for about 6 months (as an independent bookkeeper). I don't use it every day, so I have a longer learning curve than someone who does. Great system that both admins and and parent like Curacubby has saved us hours of work that we used to do manually for both invoicing and enrolling. All of our invoices are now automatically sent out on a schedule we created at the beginning of the school year. Creating an enrollment packet is also much easier. Parents have found the entire process (billing and enrolling) to be simple to use and prefer it as well. Customer support is always available and addresses concerns promptly.

They got back to me and did some troubleshooting until the account was made. Not only did they give me the necessary steps in creating an account but they also followed up to ensure all was well.
