Knowledge when you need it! I have had MyPC Utilities for one year and did not hesitate to renew. I am in awe, watching them scan and analyze my pc on a shared screen. I'm not the dumbest kid on the block, having a post graduate degree with honors, and one thing I've learned, technological expertise in the software on our computers is a very specialized field. I chatted with 3 different people… Each person that I chatted with was very polite and took the time to explain what they were going to do ahead of time and then afterwards explained what the problem was. Since I am not computer literate, they did not make me feel dumb or inferior but treated me with utmost respect. They were able to fix the problem and also installed an icon so that if I ever have any future issues I can quickly reach them.
