Email Conundrum I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!

Suspicion to Satisfaction I was suspicious of the promises to clean up and repair my desk top without adding additional charged on after the initial sign on payment. The Technicians stuck with it until a lot of "junk" was removed and my computer reconfigured. Now everything works perfectly. It's as though I have a new computer. I highly recommend MyPC Utilities.
