GBKnowledge when you need it! I have had MyPC Utilities for one year and did not hesitate to renew. I am in awe, watching them scan and analyze my pc on a shared screen. I'm not the dumbest kid on the block, having a post graduate degree with honors, and one thing I've learned, technological expertise in the software on our computers is a very specialized field. GBSending scans through email I had been having problems attaching my scans to be sent through email on my PC. My PC Utilities tech analyzed my problem - I had my email configured incorrectly through a mail app. They set everything up in Outlook and now it works perfect! I highly recommend them!

GBprogram quit responding and interacting… program quit responding and interacting with other programs. MyPC Utilities cleaned up my computer, made sure all updates had been installed, worked with me to find the problem with my program, and they fixed it. I had been working for days to do it myself including uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc. Just thankful to have my computer working properly again, and it seems faster and more responsive.

GBEmail Conundrum I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!
