GBVery helpful live support I am very pleased with the live support I received on the telephone from Susan Gross. First, I actually got someone on the line without delay; second, Susan was very patient with me and even spent the time to walk through the process of developing an email campaign that involved integrating with Mailchimp. Most importantly she was able to get me to the point where I can handle the process on my own. I would have been at a loss if it hadn't been for Susan.

GBFound Eleo after using a CRM that went… Found Eleo after using a CRM that went out of business for managing our fraternities alumni database. We needed the ability to customize fields and reporting. An added bonus for us was the ability to set up campaigns and track contributions. We have been able to add a number of additional pieces of information for our alumni. The application is all online and has a modern interface. We have no issues with functions that don't work or service interruptions. Pricing was simple and affordable and does not require additional monthly fees for additional users. The Eleo team has been great to work with! Onboarding was fast and they were very helpful with both email and live support when needed.
