In the end we chose Eleo for a number of reasons: Low cost, both implementation and ongoing. Ease of use. Numerous included reports. Integration with our mass mailing service. Web Forms. We are quite happy with Eleo after using it for six months. It's easy to use, not difficult to implement and the included reports meet most of our needs. The support is great!

Very helpful live support I am very pleased with the live support I received on the telephone from Susan Gross. First, I actually got someone on the line without delay; second, Susan was very patient with me and even spent the time to walk through the process of developing an email campaign that involved integrating with Mailchimp. Most importantly she was able to get me to the point where I can handle the process on my own. I would have been at a loss if it hadn't been for Susan.
