I have an issue of removing some old businesses on my Fb ,took me 3 days and could not delete. It took him only 1 plus hr to got it figured out and of course he got it fixed. The actual person which answered live, not a voice message, which is 99.9 percent the case, in 30 minutes, via taking remote control of my computer, had the issue solved My issue was that I did not know how to turn the computer camera to the on position.
