GBI don't have the computer expertise to… I don't have the computer expertise to critique the service I received (which is why I use Blackhawk!), but something felt wrong about the way Stefan chose to address my problem. I just can't believe that was the only or the best way to fix the sudden problem with downloading a photo from my iPhone via gmail to Picasa for editing. Of course I could be wrong, but I just didn't feel that he knew exactly what he was doing or understood what I was asking. I know Picasa was discontinued a few years ago, but I was still able to use it on a regular basis. This has really been unfortunate.

GBTop notch IT service and support. Blackhawk is my office365 and BitDefender provider. They always come thru for me when needed. They are available sometimes during weird hours and locations. So it’s nice to know they have my back when I need them. I highly suggest you consider giving Blackhawk an opportunity to support your company.
