I was very nervous calling someone from craigslist because they can get your IP address and get your bank accounts but no money was stolen so I believe this company is honest and legit.

Top notch IT service and support. Blackhawk is my office365 and BitDefender provider. They always come thru for me when needed. They are available sometimes during weird hours and locations. Good initial response -- quality work. I received a fast initial response by blackhawk, but when my issue wasn't easily corrected it had to be sent to another tech. After the referral, they were slow at getting back to me. It seemed I got lost when moving from one tech to the other. When they finally got back to me, Terrell fixed my problem very quickly and I am up and running.
