GBI don't have the computer expertise to… I don't have the computer expertise to critique the service I received (which is why I use Blackhawk!), but something felt wrong about the way Stefan chose to address my problem. I just can't believe that was the only or the best way to fix the sudden problem with downloading a photo from my iPhone via gmail to Picasa for editing. Of course I could be wrong, but I just didn't feel that he knew exactly what he was doing or understood what I was asking. I know Picasa was discontinued a few years ago, but I was still able to use it on a regular basis. This has really been unfortunate.

GBGood initial response -- quality work. I received a fast initial response by blackhawk, but when my issue wasn't easily corrected it had to be sent to another tech. After the referral, they were slow at getting back to me. It seemed I got lost when moving from one tech to the other. When they finally got back to me, Terrell fixed my problem very quickly and I am up and running.
