Excellent Customer Service Since switching from godaddy to IonBlade, it's like night and day. I am not accustomed to excellent customer service so it's been a culture shock. I have found Max Reiske to be responsive, creative, patient, and informative. I also worked briefly with Mark S, who was also great. I couldn't be happier.

Max is a ROCKSTAR! Max is a ROCKSTAR!! Honestly, I hadn't been all that thrilled with the server change to ionblade, but Max has made a believer out of me! After weeks of unanswered questions on technical support issues, Max figured out how to solve the problem. He was committed to a solution, made multiple calls back to me with suggestions, and worked with me (a highly NON-techie person) until I had what I needed. thanks, Max!

Outstanding customer service and support This company and their staff are incredible. We have lost our webmaster expertise and it is so worth it to use this company for our domain names, hosting, SSL certificates and more. We were paying for things we did not need and were not using with GoDaddy. The support and customer service cannot be beat! Dan Soliz was so incredible helping us from start to finish with whatever issues have come up over the past couple of years. He knows when to pull in the team, ask questions, and get us to where we need to be. A breath of fresh air that takes the stress away!

I am customer with SSLGuru and recently… I am customer with SSLGuru and recently switched to IonBlade for hosting. My old host would take days to answer support questions, and if I called in it seemed like no one knew what was going on with my account. Its the opposite with IonBlade my support ticket was answered within an hour and the issue was resolved. Overall I am very happy with the level of customer support they are providing. Low cost, great service! I've been very pleased with IonBlade's services. Just last month we moved the hosting of our three websites to IonBlade. The transitions of the websites went smoothly. We had some issues with receiving spam contact forms through one of our websites and called IonBlade and they helped to quickly resolve and eliminate the spam. They have also been very helpful in fully explaining and providing training on the use of c-panel and its various features. IonBlade's pricing for services is very good. We reduced our hosting fees by more than 50% by making the change.
