After years of increasingly bad service from large, well-known providers, IonBlade has been a welcome breath of fresh air for my business and our clients. The tech aspect is great, the price is right, and the customer service timely and professional. Knowing we can call our personal rep for help if a problem arises is a huge relief. We plan to move all our clients to IonBlade over the next few months as a result.

Out with the old, in with the new Out with the old, in with the new! I got rid of my old host, Host Gator, and switched to Ion Blade and its the best decision I've made. Host Gator has been absolutely dropping the ball for the past handful of years and when I came across Ion Blade and talked to a representative about their services I figured I didn't have anything to lose, I already had a lousy host!! So glad I switched to them

Excellent Customer Service Since switching from godaddy to IonBlade, it's like night and day. I am not accustomed to excellent customer service so it's been a culture shock. I have found Max Reiske to be responsive, creative, patient, and informative. I also worked briefly with Mark S, who was also great. I couldn't be happier.

Top Notch Service with a smile! Dan Soliz and his team, Max,Ryan do an excellent job. Originally, we only used Ionblade for SSL certificate in the past. Dan sold us on hosting and email. We switched from "the other company" after 18 years. Transition was smooth, did have some email glitches that were resolved quickly.
