Ditched the pricey Godaddy renewal AND got better prices & servuce @ Ionblade Renewal time was coming up at Godaddy, where everything costs extra, with the prices going up and all the choices confusing. Dan at Ionblade called me up, offered me everything all in one, no flim-flam, at a price about half of what Godaddy was charging. I've got a small, modest business, so this was doubly attractive. I went for it. Dan talked me through the migration. When there were lumps in the porridge, Dan and Ryan fixed them darn near instantaneously once I'd told them what wasn't working. A breath of fresh air for my business and our clients! After years of increasingly bad service from large, well-known providers, IonBlade has been a welcome breath of fresh air for my business and our clients. The tech aspect is great, the price is right, and the customer service timely and professional. Knowing we can call our personal rep for help if a problem arises is a huge relief. We plan to move all our clients to IonBlade over the next few months as a result.
