DO NOT BUY HYROS! Absolutely insane what happened to me with Hyros! After paying $3099 for their service (which doesn't track practically anything correctly anymore!), I requested a refund and was not given it because it was requested after 3 days from payment, even though I proved I hadn't been using Hyros for a while! $3099! Let's not joke around, this is not acceptable. DO NOT BUY HYROS!

I do appreciate that I can ddiscuss all… I do appreciate that I can ddiscuss all my issues with Hyros team. They are open, slotuoion oriented and supportive. i have never met such a great support. Hyros is the best analitical tool i have ever had. Thanks to it i do not throw out my money for ads and campaigns that are not profitable. I just read some indicators and make decisions. The data is accurate ( while in Fb repotrts the data is completely false). i wish i had Hyros sooner. i would have earned and saved more money. Do not hesitate to buy hyros tool. :) Joanna

Catalin was also super helpful in onboarding and have been attentive to troubleshooting and helping solve any bottlenecks we have with setup and making sure everything is optimized

Using the software is very intuitive… Using the software is very intuitive and it just does what it should do! The onboarding is very smooth and you feel supported in setting everything up. I did have some tracking leaks that seem to be unresolvable but maybe that's just my situation. I decided to continue using Hyros anyway as it did fulfil most of my needs.

Hyros helps you scale I've already scaled up to 2k per day on meta, simply because I'm more confident about which ads are working for my online course business. Setup was straight forward, Edwina is my contact and she's been very proactive helping me out with HYROS. Its nice to have a dedicated point of contact for questions. Very happy with my experience
