TRUsing the software is very intuitive⦠Using the software is very intuitive and it just does what it should do! The onboarding is very smooth and you feel supported in setting everything up. I did have some tracking leaks that seem to be unresolvable but maybe that's just my situation. I decided to continue using Hyros anyway as it did fulfil most of my needs.

GBHyros so far has been great. Hyros so far has been great. Catalin has been our CS rep and he's been awesome. We need at least 3 months to be able to make decisions with our data, but I wanted to leave a review regarding the CS. Catalin answered all of our questions and helped make our onboarding pretty seamless. So far so good with Hyros!

ESGreat tool for tracking and analytics, excellent support. Hyros is an excellent platform for gaining deeper insights into ad performance and tracking. A standout aspect is the exceptional customer support we received from Marko. His assistance during our onboarding was phenomenal! As a SaaS company, an area for improvement on the platform we'd like to see is the ability to track the 'Trial to Subscriber' rate, which is a crucial metric for our business. We're hopeful this feature will be added soon.

CAGame changer for Ecom attribution After the GA4 update, I have been having endless issues with attribution on my ecom store. Hyros has been the perfect solution. The customer service is second to none. Marko my account manager is consistently updating me on improvements that can be implemented. Would highly recommend it to any media buyer trying to maximize their ad spend.
