GBI'm transferring from another carrier… I'm transferring from another carrier and had some questions. Anita was very patient in answering them and stayed online to guide me through the process. I'll follow up with a review of the service once I've had a chance to use it for a while. Update: Transfer of my number took a couple days and my previous carrier wasn't overly helpful. Once switched over to Reach, my experience has been great. Coverage is as good as before and better in some places.

I'm not a newbie by any stretch (I build ultra high end PCs on contract) and having a knowledgeable tech base to contact is just one more reason to be delighted with Reach. It's not always about price but this carrier leads the way in both.
