GBBest hosting, Best plugins, Best support I found out about WPMU DEV when I used their plugin Broken Link Checker and upgraded to the PRO version There was a promotional discount that saved hundreds off the yearly license so I went for it. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the small fee I paid entitled me to the PRO version off ALL of their plugins, maybe 6 total? Everything from SEO, URL redirection, Popups and Marketing, Caching and Asset Optimization, and more. I was able to replace a bunch of plugins that ended up saving me money. Then I noticed they provide hosting. The special for new site migrations (free for them to do it) was too good to pass up—especially when I saw I could get better hosting for the same price I was already paying. I’m not badmouthing any hosting services I’ve used prior to this, because they were all good an offered great customer service, I just want to give someone shopping for hosting an idea. I’ve used Siteground, Armada Hosting, Kinsta, and Cloudways before this. Cloudways was the best and fasted in my particular case. Or so I thought. I have a Wordpress site with over 1400 users and over 2500 posts, around 4,000 images in my media library, and a huge database. Well, I thought it was because of all those things that my media library would take a bit to load when I opened in while editing a post, and it took a bit for my users and post lists to load, but I was wrong! All of that now happens INSTANTLY and I am not exaggerating! To say I love their plugins and hosting is an understatement. But best of all is their support. You can live chat instantly about any question you have. Or you can open a support ticket that is answered within 1 hour. 24/7! They make it easy to click a button that allows them to access your site to fix problems that would take much longer to fix via back and forth support messages. I’ve had at least 10 support tickets so far at all times of the day and night and there’s always a quick response and rapid fix, I’ve used live chat 3 times for things I was doing with domains so I could just do what they told me right then and there. In Summary: WPMU DEV has the best plugins, the best hosting, and by far the best support of any hosting service I used in the past. And the support is for the plugins, too. Not just hosting. I didn’t have hosting yet when I was using support during the plugin setup. Definitely can’t say that about any other premium plugins! It’s always a matter of opening a ticket and getting a response the next day, if I was lucky. Now it’s instant.

THWPMUdev's Support is the BEST EVER Always a pleasure to benefit from Ray's expertise at WPMUdev. Ray, like all the WPMUdev support is friendly, thorough, patient, professional, efficient and immensely knowledgable. I have never experienced support as good as WPMUdev's. Ever. In any product or service. They simply set the gold standard for suberb support. I'm using elementor (which i'm reluctantly paying for). The theme is glitchy, clunky, hard to use and unpredictable. The instructions on their website often don't work at all. Support is hard to get, confusing, slow and mostly useless so i rely on WPMU Dev to solve all my issues with elementors bugs. I think WPMUdev should send a (very large) bill to elementor
