Peace of mind that there's Wordpress expertise there 24/7. Speed, screenshots, transcripts via email of the chat, it's all very good. I like that you can discuss general WP challenges, not just stuff about their own plugins (which are impressive).

WPMUdev's Support is the BEST EVER Always a pleasure to benefit from Ray's expertise at WPMUdev. Ray, like all the WPMUdev support is friendly, thorough, patient, professional, efficient and immensely knowledgable. I have never experienced support as good as WPMUdev's. Ever. In any product or service. They simply set the gold standard for suberb support. I'm using elementor (which i'm reluctantly paying for). The theme is glitchy, clunky, hard to use and unpredictable. The instructions on their website often don't work at all. Support is hard to get, confusing, slow and mostly useless so i rely on WPMU Dev to solve all my issues with elementors bugs. I think WPMUdev should send a (very large) bill to elementor

Customer service has been consistently exceptional for as long as I've used them - years now. I'm a super fan!

I ran into an issue with a cloned site I ran into an issue with a cloned site, when trying to remove it the live site was removed. Katharina reassured me and helped me reinstate the live site from back-ups. She als explained to me what happened. With in a matter of time the site was back up. Really appreciate the availability of support and their hands on approach.

Like they say you pay what you ask for just watch for hosting taking you too a rabit hole with charging you more all the time
