Very helpful support in the end Was first struggling with the bot that kept sending me to a non-existing web page. Then I got to chat with a real person who finally sent me to tech support where I got in contact with Ajay^_^ who was very service minded and not only guided me, but helped me doing the needed steps. Security and Speed I spoke to Silvia to fix some problems, and their security protocols are above the standards. As long as the client provide identification, you are good to go. Because they require proof of ID sent via email, the progress of resetting a password from an account containing an old email can take some time, instead of using MFA. But it's working and is secure enough. After all, great service and support.
