Because they require proof of ID sent via email, the progress of resetting a password from an account containing an old email can take some time, instead of using MFA. But it's working and is secure enough. After all, great service and support.

Then I got to chat with a real person who finally sent me to tech support where I got in contact with Ajay^_^ who was very service minded and not only guided me, but helped me doing the needed steps. Ajay^_^ get 5 stars but the full experience with a misleading bot lowers the full experience slightly
