Got a great deal, went up to their unlimited plan as my Wife's Ecommerce site keeps growing. Tickets I open for help are all answered the same day, all questions given clarity and understanding the way that they answer. Overall 1000% better than Arch ever were and being in UK having a server here my site loads much faster!!

Shock Hosting the best server in speed and support and cheap! I've been using Shock Hosting for about 6 years now, and I've never been without an answer from the support area, they solve everything quickly the best support any company could have! If all companies were like this, it would be a better world. Fast and cheap server, first-ever equipment with SSD, everyone should use it. I recommend and have no doubt that you are doing the best deal of your life!

Problem resolved! I initially gave them a one star. But I can say they have worked hard to fix the problem and have resolved my issue. They did it all in the same day. They really care about their reputation and will not hesitate to make sure you are well served. I give them 5 stars because most companies won’t go this far in order to fix a problem.
