I've been using Shock Hosting for about 6 years now, and I've never been without an answer from the support area, they solve everything quickly the best support any company could have! If all companies were like this, it would be a better world. Fast and cheap server, first-ever equipment with SSD, everyone should use it. Problem resolved! I initially gave them a one star. But I can say they have worked hard to fix the problem and have resolved my issue. They did it all in the same day. I know this one too late I thought Speedypage and VPServers were the best until I tried this one. I moved all my backups to ShockHosting; they have better uptime, are fast, and are easy for customers to make payments and manage their websites. Most importantly, the price, performance, and location are amazingly reasonable! I regret not knowing about this hosting earlier. :(

Awesome support I've been with a few hosting companies over the past 15 years but so far have to say these are the best by far. Very quick with help, writing replies without jargon (I'm not very technical), and smooth migration.
