Got a great deal, went up to their unlimited plan as my Wife's Ecommerce site keeps growing. Tickets I open for help are all answered the same day, all questions given clarity and understanding the way that they answer. Overall 1000% better than Arch ever were and being in UK having a server here my site loads much faster!!

Support and service second to none Been with these guys for a long while now and i can't fault them. Very fast servers, great UI for interacting with the server etc When ever i have an issue they are quick and helpful even when an app on wordpress may be creating errors they offer to collaborate with the developers to sort out!
