GBBest web host I've ever used Could access other websites but not my company site. iWebFusion verified server was running (no surprise there), then determined my cable provider had network issue they claimed would be resolved soon. Hours later, cable ISP giving me runaround, but iWF was able to update me on their progress. Service finally restored more than 24 hours later & my server had been working whole time. Wish cable companies were as reliable as iWebFusion. Been a customer for 4 years & every interaction so far has been positive.

GBNew and Satisfied Client… I was a new client of iWF and was going through the stressful process of migration after being with the same host for more than 20 years. I spoke with support on the phone and through email and in all cases was treated well and given the support I needed to complete the process. I'd followed the recommendations of r/webhosting (Reddit) when choosing iWF, and it was clear within the first day that I'd made the right decision. Thank you to the support staff. GBhighly recommend iWebFusion has been excellent to work with. GBWhois info I could not figure this out but your tech team sent me back a response that walked me through making these changes to my site to hide my Whois info. Your techs online and through email are excellent and one of the biggest reasons I have remained a customer of many years.
