GBI had a json error that prevented me… I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people. The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website. The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I appreciate them all!

GBNew and Satisfied Client… I was a new client of iWF and was going through the stressful process of migration after being with the same host for more than 20 years. GBThree months so far... Three months... no problems... good so far! After way too long dealing with issues, I finally looked around for a new webhost. I came across iWebFusion on Reddit. Did some more digging and liked what I saw. I called with a few quick questions and the phone was answer immediately. Three month so far with no problems. Great available packages. Competitive pricing.
