GBGreat Extension, Core of our business! This extension has been the core of our online business for the past 2 years. The team was very helpful with supporting me on an importing issue and helped me to better understand their product by explaining my issue and providing me with a sample to review. Great work!

GBTop of the line Magento 2 Module Providers This is a rare, top of the line Magento 2 module provider. Everytime I asked for a solution almost with a few hours they respond back with a workable answer. I can't thank Magewox enough how many times they came through with a last minute solution that got me out of hot water on many projects! I definitely recommend Mageworx for customization work and Magento 2 modules! Charles

CHBug reports were not so welcome here Update 05.12.2023: the company has reached out to us and we were able to achieve an adequate solution. It seems the problem mainly arose from the person communication with us not having an overview over the issue. Thanks to good communcation now I am able to add 2 more stars. I hope that we can work together on this level in the future. Best regards, Martin Original review: In my company we bought a Magento 2 component from this company. We had problems with the component. We tracked the problem to a bug in the component and we reported it to Mageworx. Our bug report was not welcome. We had to insist that it was a bug and then the developers at Mageworx recognized the bug and provided a fix. The fix introduced a new bug which we also analyzed and tracked down, documented and again reported to Mageworx. Again the response was not welcoming. The development team recognized also the 2nd bug and provided a 2nd fix which finally did the job as a final solution. We spent many hours tracking down these two bugs and even providing the correct solution for them. But the company did not compensate us in any way, instead they asked us for a "favor", that is to write a review here. So that is the review that they asked for. We are using the Mageworx components with mixed feelings. It works well but the behavior of the company appears at least questionable and definitely not what you expect when you buy software from a professional company. Best regards, Martin

HUOne of the best our there for your Magento project I could not remember how long we're working together with Mageworx. Seems like a decade :) We've met through their excellent Magento extensions like SEO Ultimate, Shipping Suite, and others. They've proven their skills back then and we've started to use their development and upgrade service for our Magento sites. Helped us to upgrade from M1 to M2 and since then they keep support us monthly with our minor and major requests. Mageworx is one of those excellent team out there if you need help with your Magento project. We're lucky to have such a team behind our services. Well done guys! Excellent service!

DEModule did not work but the best thing… Mageworx apologized and we got a Module at nc. They installed it and we got it to work.Anyhow some of the Setting and Cart views make no real sense at least not for EU customers. We had some issues in Checkout which we still look into it, but it seems to be compatibility problem with Land of Coder extensions. As I understand from Mageworx, this would be a paid serice to make it compatible. This is definatly different to other companies, which do that for free. ------------------------- Module did not work but the best thing was that they was looking to a failure in a Module which was not even installed yet (and we clearly stated which module did not work), than we was forced to remove the Module, as they was thinking we had no open order. They are stupid enough, not to look to open orders and than they just refunded the order. I never ever had this kind of behavior. ---------------- After clarification, the Modules works OK, even if I would do it it in a slightly different way. The bad part is, that it is nit compatible with the Mirasvit Reward Module and we would need to pay for it to get it to work, which basically would be gone after each Update I guess
