CATwice Lucky The first call was answered by someone who couldn't resolve my problem and referred me to Apple to try to get resolve. After a very long consultation with an Apple rep I was told that the problem was with Pair. My second call to Pair was very productive and the problem was fixed within minutes by a representative that new exactly what the problem was.

CARapid, friendly, helpful, respectful response I asked for an explanation of the Purge Cache function on my website, why it took so long to take effect, and whether I needed to use it at all.
