Great service I've been using getflix for many years, the service is very useful for someone who travels and moves around often. The new VPN app is very user friendly and I've been able to add it to all my devices with ease including mobile, ipad, set top box, PC. Their customer service is responsive and helpful and their support pages cover set up of the service on all types of devices for ease of use.

Had an issue trying to 'force' update… Had an issue trying to 'force' update my IP address as instructed but it did not work and wrote back to their support and answer came back instantly advising that it is an issue at their end and they are looking into it. Reset your Router The prompt reply was the most important. Thanks for that! In this case, I think the problem was beyond my control. I reset the router as instructed, but it seemed to fix itself a few hours later (overnight). Regardless, the issue was resolved quickly.
