NZReset your Router The prompt reply was the most important. Thanks for that! In this case, I think the problem was beyond my control. I reset the router as instructed, but it seemed to fix itself a few hours later (overnight). Regardless, the issue was resolved quickly.

The new VPN app is very user friendly and I've been able to add it to all my devices with ease including mobile, ipad, set top box, PC. Their customer service is responsive and helpful and their support pages cover set up of the service on all types of devices for ease of use.

AUgreat service and awesome support Getflix had been a reliable DNS andVPN provider over the last year allowing me to get around DNS restrictions. Had forgot to cancel the subscription as I'll be out of the country mostly this year, was charged the renewal amount. But a quick email to support and the amount was refunded immediately. Never seen a quicker turnaround with no questions asked with other companies I've dealt with across sectors. Will definitely go back to them once I'm ready again.
