GetFlix has been great so far, originally had the DNS running through the modem but now just individual device so the family members can choose what region to use or use the VPN. They had a recent service issue with their VPN which was resolved quickly. I still managed to watch my show by turning on the DNS on my device.

Prompt response from support team Response from Getflix for a query was the fastest I have ever seen from any support team. Even though the communication was via email, it appeared more like a live chat with the rep. These 5 stars are for the support team for understanding my request\query and acting so quickly on it. The request was further sent to the network team, hopefully, they can resolve it.
