Absolutely useless Absolutely useless. Paid for 24 months and after 3 my site went offline and I couldn't login to cpanel, then I've emailed 3 times in a few months to get it back online but no response from support. Worst host I've ever used.

3 months, many tickets 0 answer since last 3 months I am unable to login to my cpanel submitted stickers many times no answer, won't renew again and never recommend to anyone

Disappointment, disappointment, Not a professional team. We signed up for a plan a couple of years ago that was a standard service that any web host could offer, and a few issues did arise with our website, for example. Every time the domain name or certificate malfunctions, and the support service delays responding to our requests, What happens now, when we renewed our contract and paid the bill, they did not update this information, intentionally, resulting in the domain name being disabled. All our requests that we sent through various channels and the documents proving our payment were also ignored. Eventually, the domain name became unavailable and our customers could no longer access the website.

After a year with hostpoco I can say… After a year with hostpoco I can say they're professionals, their support never ignored me, quick responses, other than that the prices are really good compared to other hosting companies. With the cheapest plan I got a lot of features and most importantly the speed of the hosting. Good work guys and hope you keep it like that.

A good and very helpful Hosting I was using a different Hosting for some years with more or less good success! HostPoco differs a lot, on the good side, and showed that it's very helpful for just normal users and customers. I'm not a heavy user at all and just still didn't decide yet what I really will do in the next future, the life is very strange at this time and not easy!
