Issues are happening again and again… Issues are happening again and again and in the past few months I have lost customers because of poor service, late response and occurrence of issues with the server. Really unhappy with the performance of service.

Two years in a row without being able… Two years in a row without being able to use this service. They charged my PayPal account automatically and the control panel says I have a pending payment. I have tried to contact their support service and they don't respond.

I have messaged hostpoco 3 times… I have messaged hostpoco 3 times because we were (automatic payment) charged the wrong amount for our yearly fee (lower amount) and our account was cancelled. However, we were not refunded the fee that was charged nor been given the opportunity to correct the payment amount.

Cheap and Reliable Servers Hostpoco is a more affordable hosting and the servers are more reliable with no downtime. I hope to see a faster response from the customer service in the near future.
