GBAre you kidding me? Lol. My feedback has always been clear. I want my money back because I feel like the user experience mislead me to join and it lead me to believe I'd find specific information that was not available. Effectively it was, "you want information on VIN #xyz?, we can provide that for a dollar." So I signed up then the app said, "sorry jk. We don't have that, thanks for the dollar."
