great is the opposite of what I think… great is the opposite of what I think of been verified. This site ie nothing but trouble. can't sign in or use it without calling and then getting ahold of a person is impossible.

No information on this person that… No information on this person that called me and was texting me so I believe they pretended to be a real person and we’re using an app and only their lips were moving so I was unhappy that I couldn’t find out who that person was. Are you kidding me? Lol. My feedback has always been clear. I want my money back because I feel like the user experience mislead me to join and it lead me to believe I'd find specific information that was not available. Effectively it was, "you want information on VIN #xyz?, we can provide that for a dollar." So I signed up then the app said, "sorry jk. We don't have that, thanks for the dollar."
