GBOutdated Error prone serviceable tool The interface is old and clunky—-and the importing of citations from the online database are just riddled with errors. End note has a tough time with Chicago and online citations—-treats internet like it is 1997. Please please please have a real researcher show you whats wrong.

GBThe interface is as clunky online as it… The interface is as clunky online as it is in the desktop app. Also, when it's so easy to just plug a DOI into a website and pull an article, or find similar articles using multiple free sources (e.g., research rabbit, elicit, google scholar) I do not find it worthwhile to use endnote for these purposes.

GBThis is overall an excellent product This is overall an excellent product. It really works. However, some items that are used frequently are difficult to find in the menus. For example, unformatting citations is done often and it should be located up front as a large button that is easy to find. You seem to focus on correcting elements of the program that are rarely used and do not attend to usual operations challenges.

GBENDNOTE is good but room for improvement exists. ENDNOTE can help organize thousands of references and conduct Boolean searches even within PDF files. The ability to FIND FULL TEXT works only about 50% of the time. There is no AI option to summarize content in one or more PDF files. CiteWhileYouWrite works ok with WORD, but annoying "bugs" exist.

GBEndnotes service rocks Your people are (and always have been) honest, accurate, sympathetic and helpful. They understand the panic of a writer on deadline whose software has just lost citations...... After 20 versions, I'm probably more understanding than some users, but you all rock.
