Great direct digital service. The service is great because it is a digitally processed order. Funny thing is that I got a spam hacker email after the order...did not pay attention to it.

Scam software The code for the turbotax software did not work to activate software said was already used. So I cancelled order. Total scam

I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not… I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not available as advertised for immediate download. I sent request for help and nothing. The email said it would send my software via mail??? At 7 pm on April 15 they sent email acknowledging the problem, with a link for download. However it was too late. I had to re-purchase the product from another seller that had immediate download to get my taxes completed on April 15th and to the post office. I have requested a refund and there is no acknowledgement. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.
