Customer Support Carefully reviewed specs. Ordered Visio 2016 for Windows 7. Downloaded, attempted installation. Failed with some corny message saying "when it's fixed we'll let you know". Chatted up agent/bot without resolution. Have heard nothing back from GetPCOnline support. Credit card charged ASAP and I have no product.

(although the download itself seemed incredibly slow). When I build up another computer that requires MS Office applications, i will ABSOLUTELY turn to you as my source.

I found this vendor and enhanced my software to a better software for a very reasonable price. although the download was a bit long, all was well when the software was completely installed. I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Home… I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Business for Windows x1. The biggest fear of purchasing these types of products online is whether or not you will receive a key, and if you do get a key, is it authentic. Fortunately, I got an authentic key. The reason I gave a 4 star is because I did get an error upon installation. I contacted getpconline.com support, twice; and never got a response. I did have to contact Microsoft for tech support. Overall, the product was fine, but there really is no support.

Great price Great price. Ordering was quick and accurate. Payment when through quickly and received download email within 10 minutes. Download and install of Office 2021 worked on first try. All done on the 4th of July. Will be back for future software needs.
